M- management!! It is one of the most fun classes I have taken!

A- A is the grade that I hope to get!

N- Negotiate with people, communicate between groups, right planning for the project

A- Academically, I know what to do as a leader! BUT in the real world, am I going to be?

G- Great leader is able to coomunicate a direction

E- Establish a vision with intuition

M- Motivate and inspire people

E- Engage team members to work together!
